This person will be responsible for selling our services, Setting demos and acquiring new leads. This person will have ample growth opportunity. The Sales Professional will penetrate and open new accounts, while retaining and expanding existing accounts.. This person will have ample growth opportunity. The Sales Professional will penetrate and open new accounts, while retaining and expanding existing accounts.. You will be given attainable monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals to meet for which you’ll earn additional income under our extremely competitive commission plan. You should have a passion for selling and a desire to part of a fun, dynamic team. Compensation is a competitive base salary and commission on sales. Must be Customer service oriented, have the ability to work in a team environment, and possess strong skills in both written and verbal communication. The right candidate will be highly organized, detail oriented, and have creativity, problem solving and decision making skills. Should be proficient in data entry, and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PPT, Teams). Heavy cold call experience is a must. The right candidate will have a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines. Compensation is a combination of a base salary plus commissions. A successful sales lead can earn from $30,000 - $60,000 and more. Required tasks include: • Converting a steady stream of ongoing leads into sales. • Setting demos • Communicate the value of PHR ATS and other modules • Following up on leads • Heavy cold calls and emails Required Education – High School Diploma, Bachelors degree is a plus. Required Experience – 0-2 years, B2B sales
